Welch was a Pepsi route guy for several years when he decided he wanted a change. “I just got tired of all of the constant change in corporate culture. I work a lot harder now than I did then, but I’m still the boss and I still make the decisions.” Hard work indeed! It would be hard to find a harder working man in this day and age. He gets to the shop at 6:30 AM and doesn’t usually leave until 6:30 PM. “At least I still get to see my family. Most guys don’t!” A lot of Scott’s family works full or part time at the shop. His wife, his sister, and his daughters all contribute to the family business. Even his daughters husband, Drew has joined the family business. “It’s just a great atmosphere here. Work hard. Play hard.” Scott has a very talented graphic artist to help customize your order. Scott says “Michelle is the best! If you can think of it, she can draw it.”
